Joel was born and raised in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, and mover to Orlando, Florida, at age 17. He earned his degree in Theology with a minor in Business Administration from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. Joel has been happily married to his wife for 14 years and together they have three young children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and saltwater fishing.
